| • 24 Hour Booking Notice: A guaranteed guest count is required within 24 hours of your reservation when booking parties of seven or more. • Credit Card Information: Limited space requires a credit card number to secure your reservation. Information is kept very secure and is periodically deleted. • Automatic Gratuity: It's The Copper Pot's policy to add an automatic gratuity of 18% of parties of eight or more. • Corkage/Plating Fee: A standard $25.00 plating fee is added when outside food and drink product is being presented at The Copper Pot Restaurant. • Groups of 40 or More: Groups of 40 or more will need to Fill out and return our reservation policy. Click here. • Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel your booking, please do so within 24 hours of your reservation time. In the event that your party does not show, a $25.00 fee per person is charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. These occurrences are handled on a case by case basis, and some leniencies may be granted. |
